Life By Design offers a free consultation to determine if you want to start services. Fees and insurance will be discussed at the consultation if you decide to move forward with counseling. It is the goal of LBD Counseling to help anyone that is willing to make the commitment to change, heal and create a better life.

A sliding fee scale for uninsured/under-insured clients (or until insurance benefits can be determined) is available. Open Path clients are offered a discounted sliding fee scale per session. In order to get this sliding fee scale you need to be a member of Open Path Psychotherapy Collective.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday : 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Friday: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
